For us, the most important thing is that you are happy and satisfied with your purchase, but if not, no problem: you have up to 15 calendar days* to change or return your order, starting from the day you received it.
To make the exchange or return, the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
RETURNS
You can return your order within 28 calendar days of receiving it directly in any of our physical stores for free or at home with a cost of€5 per returned pair for Spain and Portugal.
The return cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.
*EXCEPT: Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
To RETURNan order online , please log into your profile with your email (either as a guest or registered), select the model(s) you want to return and follow the steps indicated.
When you request your return you will receive an email to inform you that we are reviewing your request. When your request is approved, we will send you the return label so you can stick it on the package and hand it to the delivery person.
As soon as your package arrives at our warehouses and is processed, we will send you an email to confirm your return.
The refund will be carried out automatically through the same payment method you used to place the order. You will be able to see the amount of the refund reflected in your account within a maximum period of 14 business days from when we confirm your return.
