Are the prices of the Online Store and those of the Un Paso Más Stores the same?
Yes, but if there is any difference between the prices listed in the online store and those that appear on the labels of the items, the correct price will be the price on the labels.
What does a “Out of Stock” product mean?
That product is out of stock at that time but we will try to replace it as soon as possible. In that case you can request to be notified automatically by email. In the event that we are not going to replace that product, the notification service will not be allowed to be used and it will be removed from the page as soon as possible.
Are there special promotions on items in the online store?
Yes, we have special promotions and they will be announced in the online store, social networks and weekly newsletters.
How can I modify, cancel or delete my order?
You can modify/delete items you do not want from the shopping cart as long as you have not processed your order. If you want to modify your order once it has been processed, you must contact us as soon as possible, click here to access the contact section
What should I do if I receive a wrong item?
Once the product leaves our warehouses, the customer will receive an email indicating that their order has already been sent. If, exceptionally, you receive an item that you have not ordered, our courier will pick it up free of charge as long as it has not been used. Make a return
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items in their original condition and packaging within 15 days of receiving them, and we will issue a refund.
Refund of a purchase
After following the steps to make a return, once we receive the product and after assessing its condition, we will refund the total amount of the purchase to the payment method used (credit card or Paypal account). The amount may take between 3 and 15 business days to be reflected in your account depending on your bank.
Can I use the Gift Card on the website?
At the moment this option is not available, but if you send us an email to comunicacion@unpasomas.com we will create an equivalent discount code for you to use on the website and we will cancel your gift card. Keep in mind that this code will be single-use regardless of the amount of the check.
Do Gift Cards expire?
No, you can use it when it suits you, but we will not be responsible for its loss whether it is used or not.
How do I know what size I should buy?
All our products correspond to your usual size and you can orient yourself with our guide in the Size Guide section on the left.
There was a model on your website and it is no longer there. Are you going to have it again?
When we remove a product from the website we do so because we are no longer going to sell it.
Is the stock of the online store the same as that of the stores?
Yes, the stock of the online store is shared with all stores and the warehouse. When a product on the website does not have the size you want or is out of stock, you will not be able to find it in stores either.
How do I get notified when the size of the model I want arrives?
To be notified you must select the size you want and that it is out of stock, a window will appear to enter your email. Once we receive the size of that model, an email will be sent to you notifying you that it has arrived. Remember that you are not the only person who has requested to be notified and we do not guarantee that once you enter the website the size will be available.
I have a promotional code, where should I enter it?
Once you are ready to process the order and before making payment, you can enter the discount code in the area designated for it.
